The resort is fantastic and the staff are friendly and nice. Very charming estate with great architecture and authentic interior designs. Very private and exclusive, though it is on semi open ground. Love the openness of the back towards the Ayung River, and the location of the spa by the river.
Food are good, though lacking in variety. I stayed for 4 nights and I imagined I had to repeat items if I had breakfast, lunch and dinner there most of the time.
However I wish there was someone at the lobby to handle queries though. Always found the lobby empty and although I was given the mobile number of the staff, the reply might not always be prompt.
And maybe the housekeeping needs to be tighter. Found a spray can underneath a cupboard and lots of dust too.
Overall a great experience and we will return to stay again.
