Clean room Friendly staff Lovely location But... no elevator and challenging to get luggage upstairs... no offer of help at check in... but managed to find help on the way out!

Arrived mid afternoon on Easter Sunday. Car park was completely full. However Callum on front desk moved his vehicle so we could park. Kudos to him. Great location next to Windsor Great Park. Enjoyed our stay. Food very good. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Good room. Would definitely stay again
