Everything about this hotel was amazing. All the staff were nice and the cleaners were good at their job.
It’s just the distance to haram that was a bit far but there was a shuttle bus available. I noticed that sometimes the bus might not be available at peak hours but otherwise everything about this hotel was perfect👍

We loved every bit of this hotel, their attention to detail is spectacular. The staff are also sweet and always ready to help. The breakfast spread is also very good.
The hotel also has bus service that runs to and from Masjid-al-Haram.

Breakfast was basic. Hotel is generally ok. Getting to and back from haram can be a mission at salah times. Bus service is good. Can get overcrowded though. Taxi service can be impossible at salah times. Taxi's either won't be availble or decline to go to the haram. Prices can be ridicolous at busy times.
