Location wise, it’s convenient for shopping, food and walking distance. It’s okay, toilet seat is really old and got stains on it, sheets got stains and no rugs in the bathroom.

Bene Easy access and strategically located for shopping as it is located in the city centre. Could be better if the room is well maintained so that it looks exclusive. Paint on the wall has started to peel, curtain has holes and television needs replacement. Otherwise, good for a night stay.

Al di sotto della media Very horrible experience, staff dont know what they are doing, Room messy from beginning, no Room service from beginning of stay, cockroqches from the bathroom, low water Pressure in shower, half broken toilet, tv not functional, no fire alarm, alot of noise from outside, dropping water from pipes, dead insects under bed and more... No more...

1. Staff mcm baru belajar, payment pun x pandai tngk suda bayar ka tidak. sangat menyusahkan dan buang bnyk masa.
2. Kawasan yg susah jumpa parking.
3. Aircond leaking. bilik kami mcm mau banjir sd. balik2 panggil staff tapi kena palau.
5. BNYAK LIPAS.
