This is a simple small bed and breakfast. Clean, good ac, good bed, small bathroom with toiletries. Breakfast was sufficient. Walking good distance from bars and restaurants. A good night sleep, good value.

The good: location was great a short walk and your at some good locations in town, , the WiFi and it was pretty quiet besides when they are doing dishes. The bad, the following items in the room were subpar: The in room safe did not work and did not ask the staff to address it due to language barriers. It was stuck in the open position and the key and the key pad didn’t seem to work. The fan in the room didn’t work The shower was terrible, I removed the shower head and had it come straight out of the pipe which didn’t do much better. The cleaning lady was nice, so were the chefs making breakfast which was included in the price. The breakfast was the same thing every day but it was included in the price and can’t complain. However it was good specially the juice. It’s more of a room for rent not an actual hotel. It’s a restaurant that will provide you with drinking water and the rooms are in the back. I had a room upstairs which I can see being a major issue if you’re older specially carrying a heavy suitcase up the spiral stairwell which had some tree branches partially obstructing it. I am in good shape and didn’t bother me much but for someone older or mobility issues it would be terrible. While enjoying breakfast a man would sit in what I believe to be a master suit with his shirt off, watch tv loudly, sometimes it would be something adult in nature (how to please women podcast) and smoke cigarettes while you enjoy your meal in a nice envoirment.

We were satisfied with our stay. Breakfast provided was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, with an authentic tropical vibe. We had a room on the second floor. Noise was not an issue for us. We spent the night out until late, the restaurant was closed when we settled in for the night. Would stay here again. Short walk from historic center!

Do not choose a room on the first floor

The room and staff were great! I felt very comfortable and safe traveling solo staying here and will stay here again in the future. Very walkable to all of the popular areas.

I paid for two rooms, when we arrived one of the rooms didn't have a towel, the other room's bathroom was completely dirty, the bathtub was dirty, we also left a bag of things I had bought and when I returned to my room after the walk I found it open and with fewer things.
