The check in staff person was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable. It was quiet. Loved that it had a kitchen.

I admit that I misread the option because I thought I got a 2 bed room. However, the room had to be changed because there's no elevators. I couldn't do steps. When we walked into the room the thermostat was set at 80° and took quite awhile to cool down. Also, I didn't know prior to check-in that there would be $100 security deposit. Should be posted or stated when making the reservation.

Very dirty room (bugs, cleanliness, etc) to the point that we could not even stay the night.

Dirty in general. Hair in the shower, dirty floors, sticky countertops and cabinets, toilet seat not cleaned….. just not clean

Sheets were still dirty and stained, floor was sticky but the staff was nice and only needed the room for a few hours.

Bene The front desk staff were absolutely amazing and check-in was a breeze. The hotel was easy to find off the highway. Overall, the room was clean. However, our stay was not as nice as we had hoped, given the very strong scent of a particular recreational product that was clearly used in the room. All the spaces are clearly marching on smoking. So this was disappointing.

Breakfast was the exact same thing for the entire week, a simple biscuits and gravy on the weekend would have been much more accommodating, at least something hot..

Al di sotto della media The rooms were not clean. The first room we were given was “clean”, we pulled out the pull out couch and there was used tissues and used q-tip on the bed. The sink had dirty dishes and the counter was dirty. The room we ended up with had stains all over the carpet, stains all over the bath tub and was surface cleaned. Would not recommend staying here.
