Bene The bathroom was tiny. Water got everywhere when taking a shower. The floor was very wet and slippery.

I booked and arrived at a hotel in Thessaloniki for my trip, but the cleanliness of the hotel was very poor. Cockroaches came out of the bathroom, and not only was the room unclean, but the staff were also extremely unfriendly and unhelpful, even when I made reasonable requests. I believe Expedia should offer me appropriate compensation for this experience.

We didn't stay at the actual hotel, and they gave us an apartment not far, but it wasn't that clean and the water heater was "special". Breakfast was more than basic...

Bene The room was very small . No kettle in the room , no coffee, no tea , nothing for morning.
No shampoo in the bathroom. Really ???
