The rooms were tired last year, and no improvement this year. Went 2 days without replacing towels, emptying bins even though the room information advised this was daily, and had no door hanger to request services. Upon further query, they don't provide daily service unless asked.
First set of bedding had holes, the bed wasn't particularly comfortable and the room was noisy throughout the night.
We thought the daily breakfast was better than the weekend buffet - just don't ask for toast, you'll get stodgy thick bread and no butter.
Out of 5 mornings, we only got 2 decent showers, the others were cold.
Unfortunately, this appears to be the better hotel in Tobacco, not sure we'd go back.
