First off I want to say the staff were so nice and helpful. They even held onto our luggage for free when we left for 3 days to go on a safari. But, the hotel rooms could use some work! Mismatched paint, some stained carpet and the restaurant took forever to bring out the food. I recommend ordering room service so you can relax in your room while you wait. Again, the staff were all wonderful, the rooms though could use some attention and maybe the restaurant, more staff to move a little quicker.

Room was overall very clean but there were some remaining debris from sweeping and splatter on the wall. The bathroom smelled awful, like steamed broccoli but it could have been the water? Smelled sulphuric. The dining staff was a bit intense and you couldn’t always find someone at the front desk. And the shuttle doesn’t drop you off directly in front of the hotel so this can be challenging with lots of luggage. Pick up is also out of the way and not near other hotel shuttle pickup area. Overall was okay but not at convenient or nice as I’d hope for.

Can’t find shuttle bus pickup place.it’s located in front of a medicine store.when I with another person took taxi and arrived at lobby , receptionist told us.we cannot find any information from the website .and no sign from the airport

I liked the large window and that I could open it to view a large wooded area where people were leisure walking. No traffic noises except the occasional air plane but considering I was only minutes away from the main terminal, it was rather quiet and I slept well with the window open. Checking in was a breeze. The restaurant food is quite good and the prices are decent. I will definitely book here again. The shuttle to the airport is free of charge but the drop off location is a bit tricky to find. Despite other available info on the web about the pickup/drop off location, the shuttle will not stop at the regular hotel shuttle pick up location at Terminal 1 Arrival. Instead, from there, take a left, walk all the way along the building toward the airport ambulance medical center. The Platzhirsch shuttle's stop is located behind the medical center, but before you get to the regular city bus stop. Took me asking 3 different people to figure this out. Everything else was great!!

The hotel is very conveniently located, close to the airport and easily accessible with the free shuttle, which runs frequently. The hotel is new and clean. The mattresses are very comfortable and we were able to sleep so well and relaxed after our long travel. Even though it is close to the airport it was quiet and located next to a big park, which is great for getting a nice walk in, a pond and a nice Biergarten. The price is very reasonable too. We really can recommend this hotel.
