Nicola was an amazingly thoughtful, friendly and caring host. The property is perfectly located across the street from Coin shopping centre, a short walk to the Dome and surrounded by a variety of restaurants. The view from our balcony of the fountain was spectacular and gave us very memorable sunsets and sunrises. We would most certainly stay with Nicola again.

Ottimo Note it is not a hotel it’s an air b&b. Also, there is no view. There is construction completely blocking the window so we didn’t get the view we paid for. Other than that. Clean, friendly, decent location.

Everything is ok except for the small shower room. It was so hard to move, even just to shampoo your hair. And the the lavatory is not wide enough to wash your face without knocking the shelf which was installed very low.

Al di sotto della media I did not use the kitchen. It is an apartment with a small room and small bathroom. It is not a hotel. I was charged an extra 60 Euros because I did not arrive until 1:00AM. I called the contact person when I arrived but it took time to get the luggage and get the bus which is 1 hour ride to the Centrsl Station in Milan. Then I had to wait for a taxi which took at least 15 minutes to reach the apartment. The owners called me 3 times asking me when I was going to arrive. The owners gave me 4 keys to unlock 4 separate doors. It was very confusing. Again, this is not a hotel and should not be presented as such. I was promised a view of a monument but it is completely covered for renovation. The neighborhood is lovely but not close to anything of import. There is a COIN department store very near. I stayed 1 night and promptly left in the morning.

It was nice and spacious. I liked how it had a kitchenette. Very clean. They were so nice too. It is near a busy street. I do suggest bringing earplugs.

Close to tram and the central part of Milan. Plenty of areas to shop. The staff were amazing.

Nicola is a fantastic host. This property seems perfect for Milan. The location is nicely situated to move around Milan and close enough to many nice cafe/restaurants.
