The hotel is slightly run down. The sofa is hard and the was torn.

There was mold all over the shower and the bathroom in general. they patched the huge hole with scrap wallpaper to cover the moldy wall that was next to the bathroom. The housekeeper kept smoking in our bathroom and reeked of cigarettes whenever they came in to replace the towels. Looks nothing like the photos and the outlet for the kitchen was broken and covered. Some parts of the sofa was ripped. The curtains couldn’t close properly and the shower handle popped out without even touching it. Also the sink was clogged for the first two days but they eventually fixed it but it was inconvenient for the four of us staying.

Dont rely on stock images, the room was not clean at all, walls dirty/not wiped, hair and rubbish from previous guest still in the room, walls are thin so you can hear the neighbours and elevator outside loud, hard bed, bathroom was bad with dirty grout titles, siding door padding was removed which made the place unsafe, no shower curtain which resulted the entire bathroom all wet

Bene Overall, for the price, it was ok at best. When we arrived, the bathroom faucet was on the verge of breaking off and the toilet cover was not properly covering the toilet and was very inconvenient to use.

Property is quite old and well used. Good location with many dining and shopping options. We stayed for 2 nights so not much complaints. Staff is friendly and helpful.
