場所はグリンデルワルト駅前バス停からバスで10分くらい。事前にホテルに連絡しておくとバスが無料で使えるビジターカードを用意してくれます。ホテルにはレストランが無く、終バスは19時前なので夕食は工夫が必要です。（市街からホテルまでも歩いて行けますが、かなりの坂道なのでおすすめしません） ホテルはとても清潔かつ広々として快適です。窓を開ければアイガーが目の前にあって最高の景色でした。

Great location. My stay was short but I enjoyed the location of the cabin and the room itself.

The room did not have air conditioning, and when we opened the window, mosquitoes, flies, and even a spider came inside because there were no window screens. There was no fan or iron available for clothes. The shared kitchen had an unpleasant smell. The pillows are extremely thin and uncomfortable, my son woke up with neck pain because of the pillow, and his neck has been hurting for hours. The staff member; a man and a girl I met in the kitchen treated me poorly. When I checked in, the manager of the hotel accepted to extend my stay the next day and said will move us to an apartment with a lower price. However, when the next day came and I went to ask about the apartment, he told me that the owner was arriving and wants his apartment and that there were no rooms available because the hotel was fully booked. I asked him why he did not tell me this the night before so I could have searched for another place earlier, especially since I am a traveler and unfamiliar with this town. If I know I would have searched during the night. In reality, I barely benefited from my stay because we arrived late at night and this person asked us to leave the next day in the morning! Both he and a girl I met in the kitchen were not nice to me. She spoke to me harshly because I accidentally forgot the cooking pot I had used in the kitchen the previous day because I have a child with autism. I apologized to them sincerely and explained my situation btw.

Clean, helpful and friendly staff, beautiful view from the balcony

I had a really disappointing experience at this hotel, mainly due to the staff’s attitude. From the moment we arrived, the service felt cold and unwelcoming. Instead of being helpful, the staff came across as dismissive and at times outright rude. Hospitality is supposed to make guests feel comfortable, but this was the complete opposite. Simple questions were met with attitude, and it honestly made the stay stressful rather than enjoyable. The location and hotel itself may be fine, but the way guests are treated matters much more — and unfortunately, this completely ruined the experience for me. I would not return, and I hope management takes this seriously and works on improving customer service. I suggest you find something else where

This place was absolutely perfect!!!!!! The view was 2nd to none!!!! Bed was so comfortable! Bathroom was spotless! The kitchen was amazing! It had everything you would ever need to cook a meal while on vacation!!!! We will be back!!!!

Amazing view, very nice host, well prepared, very clean and comfortable room. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to a friend!

We were up charged to death. No TV. No mini fridge. Very small room.

Very clean and comfortable hotel! The shower was amazing. I wish we had the option to move the 2 small beds together, and it would be nice to be provided shampoo/conditioner, but otherwise the stay was great. Having a nearby bus stop was very ideal as well since the walk up was extremely far and steep from the station.

Loved this place! I want to come back someday. Very helpful and friendly staff. Absolutely beautiful location. The roads driving in are a little scary because they're so narrow, but its worth it. Such a relaxing and secluded piece of heaven.
