We stayed at this hotel for one night before our early morning flight from Milan Malpensa Airport. We arrived around 11 PM and only needed a clean and comfortable room to get some rest before our 9 AM flight.
Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Shortly after entering the room, we noticed cockroaches crawling around. We went to the reception to report the issue, expecting at least to be offered another room. Instead, the staff member simply came to the room, picked up the cockroaches with a piece of paper, and did not offer any solution or room change.
For a hotel near an international airport, cleanliness and basic hygiene should be a priority. Finding cockroaches in the room was unacceptable, especially when we were tired and had an early flight the next morning. We would not choose this hotel again and cannot recommend it.
