Te hotel over all was fine. So was the staff, helpful with booking taxis, and finding good local restaurants to eat. We had two issues, the ac wasn’t on when we went in during a heat wave in July, and it never cooled down the whole room. No extra toilet paper on day, so I had to go buy.

Our stay was okay. I guess what we didn't expect was the two flights of steep stairs up to the zero floor, so it was a challenge to go up with suitcases and my husband's astma. We were also not provided thd door access code from tge outside, and it took us about 20 minutes to call and get inside, which wasn't too pleasant under the schorching 100F. The room was well air-conditioned. There was an electric kettle to boil the water, but no coffee or regular tea bag provided, for the exceprion of 2 chamomile and 2 other herb tea bags. The hotel location was good, by the Arno River. See the picture.

Room was nice and big Very happy Bed comfortable This would have been five stars all around but the description that is soundproof is not accurate Breakfast starts at 7:30 am to 11 am You can hear every conversation and people were loud on certain days Could not sleep once breakfast started If you wake up early, you are ok If you sleep in after a very late nigh, we got a problem

Beautiful boutique hotel in an excellent location for walking access to the city center. The staff was gracious and went out of their way to make our stay before, during and after easy and convenient. We had friend recommend this hotel to us and we would recommend it to anyone.

Wonderful stay—clean, friendly, and great location! We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and we loved getting fresh towels daily. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location worked perfectly for us—it’s a pleasant 10 to 15-minute walk to the busier tourist areas, meaning we could easily access everything but still enjoy a quieter, peaceful environment to head back to. Just a quick tip for future guests: There is no lift from street level up to the reception desk (just two short flights of stairs), but once you are checked in, there is a lift from reception up to the second floor of rooms. We’re pretty sure this was in the hotel description anyway, so it wasn't an issue for us at all! Would definitely stay again.

The communication from the hotel before we even arrived was fantastic. We arrived early and could check in and leave our bag to explore the city. Whilst we were out had messages on WhatsApp with key codes to get in later. On arrival we found we had been given an upgrade and a lovely bottle of chianti in our spotlessly clean and spacious room. The shower is a great rain shower with plenty of hot water, i could have stood under for hours. After a fab night out we returned to a very comfortably bed and didn't hear a thing all night. Breakfast was served just a few feet away from the room and was a delicious array of pastries, cereals and sweet things with yoghurts and fruit all washed down with great coffee. I'm ashamed i didn't get the lovely man on receptions name but he is an absolute credit. Without a doubt the nicest experience in a hotel I've ever had. I wish we could have stayed longer.

This is a small hotel, but kept very clean, modern and maintained. Right on the river, and an easy walk (10 min) to train station and other attractions. Do a nice job with breakfast, rooms are cleaned daily, and staff was excellent. Highly recommend. Rooms are small, but definately sufficient for what we needed.

good location but failed to spot in small print no lift - 2 flights of stairs proved challenging. staff are great but main gripes were poor internet and poor air conditioning. breakfast was a bit of a scrum and dirty items not cleared away which was disappointing - ok for a few days but not outstanding
