Difficult to rate as is not a hotel and whilst the rooms are good they are not suites. Location is very convenient to train station but not in the best of localities and signage is not good - need to identify by street number. Staff not on location after 2.00pm but when there they were excellent. Breakfast just OK

I was under the impression that this was a regular hotel with a front desk until I got a message from the owner about instructions on how to get into the building. It involved 2 sets of fob keys in addition to the physical key for the room. Having said that, he was available when I buzzed the intercom and walked me through the process. The 6 rooms that are part of this Inn are in the same hall, there is a kitchen area that is staffed by two friendly folks in the morning to priced coffee and breakfast. They also keep the rooms very clean. Once I got used to this set up, the convenience of the location to the metro station and restaurants around made it worth it. The fact that it is right across the street from Roma Termini was the biggest selling point.

interesting set up , felt like I was in a hostile. Also I felt the privacy was a bit limited in this stay. this toursit tax is also strange and have to leave money in cash. Something many hotels in the area are doing.

This is the perfect place for a quick layover in Rome. It's just across the street from the train station. It allows easy transportation to/from FCO airport. The place is not huge but is recently renovated. For a short stay in Rome I would book it agian

This place is super convenient, literally right across the street from the train station. The room was clean, but simple. The host was on site when we were there to check us in and there is also breakfast available.

Horrible property! Stay away from it! We booked it for one night and didn't stay due to concerns for our safety and the lack of cleaning in the property. When we arrived, used the intercom and an impatient person answered saying the key to our room was at the door (very strange). He opened the gates. Observation after entering the 1st gate: rat traps. We entered the 2nd gate and had no idea where we were as the place is poorly lit and there’s no signs. Took an old elevator and had to guess that the room is on the 2nd floor. Another gate to enter what is supposedly the "hotel". Side note here: what to do if one of those fobs/keys do not open one of those gates and you are in between them? Once in the room, noticed the floor overused and sheets had stains and hair. The only thought was that we needed to get out of there. The room was very hot (although property info on Expedia says it has AC. Don’t know. Didn’t look for a button to turn it on). The property info also says the walls are soundproof. We heard dog barking and voices from other people somewhere. Property owner/manager responds to those criticism blaming the person commenting. One traveler mentioned a similar experience, and owner/manager said, since the person didn’t stay in the hotel, the comments are not valid. Well, we didn’t stay, but saw what this place is. We saw the terrible condition. Even if it was free, this place is not worth it! Finally, I am shocked that Expedia has such tourist trap on its site.
