Servizio eccezionale, personale cordiale, splendide viste sul tramonto. Camere pulite, bella piscina e cibo delizioso costantemente evidenziati. Atmosfera tranquilla e rilassante.

Posizione tranquilla sul lato ovest con tramonti mozzafiato. Vicino a ristoranti e spiagge. Lontano dalle feste per un sonno riposante. Facile accesso al noleggio biciclette.
Servizi offerti
Personale cordiale, efficiente e attento che offre un servizio eccellente. Tè pomeridiano gratuito per le ville con piscina. Possibilità di prenotare attività, escursioni e massaggi.
Pulizia
Camere costantemente pulite e proprietà ben mantenuta. Il servizio in camera giornaliero include l'apertura della zanzariera e lo spray repellente. Camere spaziose e bagni esterni.
Atmosfera e servizi
Atmosfera rilassante con una bellissima area piscina. Ristorante a terrazze con vista sul tramonto. Musica acustica ogni sera, spettacoli di fuoco e happy hour. Biciclette disponibili a noleggio.

Very nice stay on Gili T. This hotel is located on the west end of the island which is quieter and less rowdy. I walked here from the pier in 30 mins with my luggage by cutting through the middle of the island. There isn't a beach here, rather just a wall where the waves hit, and you're separated by the road. Staff is kind, especially the two ladies in the front reception and I had a great balinese massage by a sweet masseuse. Live music every night from fantastic musicians. Breakfast is ordered Ala carte and is just ok in my opinion. Lots of seating by the pool, but they are very particular about the beach umbrellas. Perhaps because they break so easily. Island is small and you can rent a bicycle from the front desk. You can ride around the island in an hour. One day I rode around 3x. Cute resident cat.

Great location! Away from the hustle bustle and close enough to great restaurants, sunset venues and beaches. Note there really isn’t a beach out front but plenty of swimmable beaches close by. We stayed in a pool access room - well worth the upgrade as the rooms towards the front of the hotel lack privacy and exposed to late night music. The chilled pool and terraced restaurant are highlights! Staff are incredibly sweet and friendly. Menu is hit and miss. Order the pork belly and sweet potato fries! Bfast every morning is delicious and good people watching. Seriously best coffee! Double shot lattes. Sleeping was comfortable with nightly turn down service and air conditioned rooms. We left doors open and fan on. Roosters and birds are a nice way to wake up around 5am. They also serve afternoon tea with selection of tea, coffee and light bites complimentary to pool villas.

Loved our stay here. Everything was beyond amazing and some of the best food we had on the island. Staff went above and beyond. My husband had a couple massages which were great. We had an issue with the door coming off the runner - no big deal but they promptly fixed it, apologized in person, and brought us cake that evening :) ! The only criticism would be that the AC wasn't the best/coolest, and coming from Canada we were both just a sweaty mess day and night with the heat. I was ok but my husband had troubles sleeping some nights, and we didn't dare turn it off while we were out as we would have liked to.

The property is beautiful We were upgraded to a club room which opens up into the pool The staff were so attentive and lovely We were welcomed by Audrey at reception and she could not have been more welcoming The hotel restaurant faces the beach and every sunset you get the best view Bikes are available for hire and they offer horse riding and snorkeling which you can book at the hotel itself

Exceptional service and friendly staff. The open air bathrooms are a great touch. Room was clean and spacious. I loved the pool, the food options and happy hour drinks during a fire show. I really enjoyed my stay and will be back!
