I will never visit this property again, and I would strongly recommend that anyone considering staying in this area choose one of the larger hotels in Jungmun instead.
The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness and overall service standards. Without any exaggeration, the hygiene level of the hotel, especially around the swimming pool area, was unacceptable. The pool facilities were extremely dirty and appeared to be poorly maintained. It was honestly one of the worst examples of pool hygiene I have experienced at any hotel.
The lack of cleanliness significantly affected the overall stay, and the service did not make up for these shortcomings. For the price charged, the standards were far below what guests should reasonably expect.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel to others, and I would advise travelers to consider the larger hotels in Jungmun, which generally offer much better cleanliness, maintenance, and service standards.
