Bene Minimal, clean and comfortable. Great location for concerts. Only downfalls were that its loud as its a pub and toilets are some distance from the rooms.

When we arrived to check in I felt like I was an inconvenience to the initial staff member.
There was no toilet paper in the shared bathrooms when we arrived, & again when I asked for some I felt I had put them out.
The hotel is very close to the train station, however in being so it’s very noisy.

Bene Location convenient to train, staff was friendly and sheets / general housekeeping was fine but condition of room was not ok. Aircon old, dirty, barely cooled and ridicously loud. Window above internal door wouldn't close (broken lever) and fridge was old and cracked within. Maybe just unlucky with our room but wouldn't stay again.

I have a medical condition that makes it hard to carry thongs so the gentleman who checked me in carried my two large bags and a heavy esky up the two flights of stairs to my room for me, which ws5 very /much appreciated.

Clean rooms and bathrooms were clean, water and milk in fridge when we arrived. It is a hotel located next to Concord West train station so noisy (especially on a Friday night) Great if you want a cheap place to stay close to the city or Qudos Arena.
