Bene Great location. Room was clean and tidy but due to a heatwave extremely hot although a small fan was provided

Bene Let's start with the positives. Great location, very welcoming and accommodating staff. Now for the middle. Some of our room lighting didn't work properly. No air con, granted not a problem generally in the UK but on this visit a basic desk fan was welcome. Functional but slightly battered, dent in the bathroom door and some minor cosmetic flaws.
Now for the poor. Very small room and bathroom, basic Yale key, no accessibility of you are even mildly disabled and kind of noisy as the rooms seem crammed in to this lovely building. Views aren't really a thing with this hotel.
If you read this far it might seem negative, however, it's a great jumping off point and very central for great connections. Gives hostel vibes but can't fault the staff.
