Our stay was perfect. The room was clean and very comfortable. There was a small kitchen area with tea/coffee/plates/cups and microwave. Very good location for Paddington and Edgware Road underground stations and lots of great places for breakfast nearby. We needed to amend our reservation in advance of our stay and the customer service was great. Cannot recommend highly enough.

The staff was very kind and attentive. Listing doesn’t do justice for how spacious it was. Very close to Paddington station. Kitchen had basic utensils, although I would pack specific items such as chopping board and colander. But overall had a good time the place was very lovely. The complimentary items were very sweet and a nice touch to that already good space and welcoming environment. Would stay again.

Great location. Small kitchenette which was great. Fridge, kettle, crockery etc. Nice touch offering soft drinks & snacks. Would def stay again. Tube station in easy reach. Can walk from Oxford Street. Shops/restaurants nearby. Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Bene The room was very small. In the pictures it looked a lot better. Could do with upgrading all over. The balcony was very nice. Location was very good.

Ottimo Great location near Edgware tube station. Nice walk to Hyde Park & Marble Arch. Very clean rooms, hot showers, drinks & snacks in room. Kettle, cups, cutlery. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels. Friendly staff. Would stay again.

Fantastico Clean. Comfortable. Quiet. Water, crisps and a kitkat provided. Nice comfy beds. Good showers. V happy.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Decent room with good amenities. Location wise was a short walk (about 15 mins) to Paddington station. Had some difficulty finding the place though!
