If you are after a cheap hotel for one night this will do it you are desperate. As the other reviews cover the bathroom smells bad due to old plumbing and that smell does leak into the room. I took febreeze spray with me which really helped. I can't recommend this hotel but if you need a room, then you can sleep here. It's bad but not as bad as the other reviews suggest.

Where do we start! From the beginning; upon our attempt at 'checking-in' to this Hotel [more like student backpack accommodation], there were MAJOR RED FLAGS and issues. [1] The fact that the Hotel itself look like a complete Dump, despite the 'False Advertising' pictures is an understatement! Front sign hanging off at main entrance, etc. [2] The fact that there was no Manager available to try to resolve our issues [3] The fact that the 1 member of staff that was available at the Reception was not only 'uncooperative', 'dismissive', 'rude' and 'Discriminatory' [4] The fact that although we had booked well in advance (31st January), and also attempted to Contact the hotel/reservations to confirm booking, only to be told on the day of 'check-in'; 01.08.26, that the Reservation had been cancelled the evening before; on 31.07.26?? [5] The fact that Cancellation reason provided was 'No Capacity/overbooked' ?? When in actual fact, other Customers we telling us that they had only booked their Reservation that same morning; 01.08.26? Also, some customers were only paying for their Room Reservation on the same day too; 01.08.26 [6] The fact that the 'Male' & 'Female' washrooms/toilets for guests were together, in the same room?? There were/are just too many issues, serious complaints, false advertising, queries [for which we have firm evidence]. I/We WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND STAYING HERE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. I/We WOULD NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL OR THE 'OYO' FRANCHISE. SAVE YOURSELVES!

Wont stay again shower head was awful as in scale all over it filthy carpets bed was so uncomfortable

The room was really bad. The bathroom stank and the smell couldn’t go away, it smelt like sewage and other rooms next to me had the same issue. Anytime I went in the bathroom I had to cover my nose. The bed was uncomfortable and the tv didn’t work properly. Going back to the bathroom, I saw a bug and when I got rid of it, another one appeared from under the mirror. The rooms on the top floor are very cramped and hot without air con and also has a smelly bathroom. The rooms are soundproof and we had noisey neighbours. The parking was very limited and the staff allowed our cars to get blocked in order to cater for a wedding that was next door. The lift was also broken If hygiene and comfort is important to you then I’d pay a little bit more and stay somewhere else.

Staff at reception are amazing, cleaning could be better. Overall is good for the price we paid

No obvious signposts to the car park entrance. Drove past first time and local roads scary with little respect for the highway code and plenty of near misses. Not sure the car park can cope if the hotel's full. All a bit run down and out of date with steps to climb to the entrance and the lifts. Aircon slow but effective, WiFi good, shower was blocked meaning time limited until it overflowed (explaining why mortar was coming out of the bathroom floor), reasonable tea and coffee selection, TV worked, window wouldn't close and reasonably noisy on the street outside. 24 hour front desk so easy to leave early for the airport.
