It was a great location only a 10 min walk from Ueno station. Room was tiny, but great AC and it’s all I needed for a two night stay!

Fantastico Great base, clean, smelled lovely when arrived. Bed was very comfortable, power shower, amenities, everything needed for 2 night stay and access to Tokyo. Short walk to Ameyocho street and nice stroll down to senji temple. Near to ueno station. Ok with luggage also - ramps, lifts and escalators.

Great place to stay overall for a reasonable price. Relatively close to Ueno station, with multiple convenience stores close by. Rooms were small and it was a bit difficult to open our luggage, but that was expected. The room was perfectly clean when we arrived and cleaned thoroughly when we requested it. Staff were helpful and kind, and check-in was quick, which I appreciated after more than 24 hours in transit when extremely jet-lagged.
The walls were a little thin - we could hear conversations in the hallway fairly clearly. There were also only two washers/dryers for the whole hotel - it seemed like it could have done with a few more. We were also a little annoyed that the TV turned itself on every time we put the room card in the holder after entering. That said, none of these issues were dealbreakers and I would happily stay here again.

Amazing location direct from and to the Narita airport. Would definitely recommend and stay there again the next time I’m in Japan.

Good location, close to Ueno station approximately 5-7 minutes walk. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean but small, which is expected of a Tokyo hotel.

The room was clean, but very small. It was quite noisy due to traffic outside, and I woke up several times during the night. Also, whenever the neighboring door was slammed, it affected our door as well. Considering the price, I expected more than this. I won’t come back.
