Ottimo Fantastic breakfast, very clean, be aware that the number posted for after hours checkin is out of date and you have to look up the sister hotel and call that number in order to sign in. Otherwise a very good experience.

I was led to believe breakfast was included, it wasn't and had to purchase for more money. The lady at front was nice the breakfast staff and man at front were rude and even after paying for breakfast the second day the tried to get me to pay again!

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise! Incredibly dedicated staff and a fantastic breakfast. A nice, clean room with everything you need. I would gladly choose the same hotel again when I return to Berlin. A nice area within walking distance of the Zoo.
