We arrived early and they stored our bags safely behind a closed office while we went out visiting the city.
The rooms were very clean, the air conditioning is working well, the balcony is intimate and the curtains are blocking the lights completely when closed.
There is a mini fridge that was helpful for us. The breakfast was included in our reservation so we went the morning and it was quite complete. They make coffee with a real coffee machine, feuits are fresh and there's options for all tastes.
Staff is very kind and helpful. They gave us pamphlets for maps and travel activities. The hotel has restaurants close by and is 10 minutes away from sanctuary which is a very good location. The location is safe and clean.
Only thing missing for a complete 5 stars is that there's no face cloth for showering in the bathroom.
Overall a very pleasant stay.
