Very affordable, large and fine for a quick stay.
Cons:
• noisy - evening sports games most nights nearby and the windows sound like they’re open
• odour in the rooms - pipes smell - needed to ventilate each day
• aircon/heater broken - screen completely shattered, couldn’t use (fortunately room was just warm enough without)
Pro:
• water pressure - shower was very good
• basic essentials - has basics you need (pots, pans, etc)

I’ve stayed here four times this year, and each room has been fantastic. I love the proximity to trains and trams, as well as the shopping and restaurants within short walking distance. Front desk staff are excellent.

Convenient to local transport, plenty of shops. The apartment was spacious and well maintained. Excellent value for money.

I had read some nightmare reviews of this place and was half expecting to see mushrooms on the walls, but I was pleasantly surprised to find the room tidy and spacious. I didn't get much of a chance to use the oven/stove, but the kitchen was well appointed. The aircon fan made some odd noises, and some of the walls could use a bit of fresh paint (general scuff marks), but the space was comfortable. Front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Reception and all other staff very courteous and friendly. Perfect location close to shops and everything else. Apartment had everything I needed. Loved the location and outlook. Thanks for a great stay. I will be back.

Staff very helpful. Room clean. Comfortable bed. Not a well stocked kitchen, nothing that couldn’t be solved cheaply at Woolworth across the street. Fun location. Plenty of restaurants and bars.

Great location and staff were great. Bathrooms could do with some drain cleaner as they smelt. Washing machine didn’t work which was reason we stayed in apartment

Aircon didn't work,couldnt turn off bathroom light,lift didn't work one evening walk up fire stairs ,no hot water one morning .
