Loved our brief stay here. A gorgeous property with a pool that I could have stayed at for days. Highly recommend for families especially.

This place is best suited for a quick, no-frills golf trip. In terms of quality, it sits somewhere between a Hampton Inn and a Moxy. If this property were advertised as a 3-star hotel, it would be alright . However, claiming to be a 5-star establishment is a joke, and I will not be returning. Stay at the sister property Onyria Marinha Cascais, Vignette Collection by IHGfor about the same price for better room and staff

Very clean, newly renovated. We booked a family room with a bunk bed that pulled down. That was very helpful. The grounds are very nice. However they are doing some construction on the property an there was so jackhammering throughout the work day for two of the days we were there. It wasn’t a huge problem but was loud- it didn’t happen when we we trying to sleep and I understand they need to do work on the hotel sometime. Breakfast is very good, large buffet with a lot of options. As previous reviewers have noted the orange cake is particularly good. The hotel is quiet and out of the way with a very tranquil location. In order to get into Cascais proper you need either a car or a 5ish euro Bolt/Uber. There isn’t much in walking distance. Also there is a hot tub but it is at the sister property and costs money. The gym is also at the sister property. They will shuttle you there or you can walk. No fee for use of the gym. Overall a quiet, pleasant stay in Cascais.

This was a welcome level of comfort after backpacking across Spain. There is nothing in walking distance, but I was ok with that. :) The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It’s a beautiful place. The grounds are immaculate. We looked out onto a pristine golf course. The staff was extremely helpful.

Relaxing pool- never too crowded. Staff frequently got restaurant orders wrong.

Loved it! Staff was amazing, buffet food delicious, and really enjoyed the facilities, especially the sauna and steam room. Wil definitely come back.

Beautiful property in a quiet area. Uber/Taxis are plentiful for visiting Cascais or Lisbon.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. A few things that could be better: 1. We had to ask for our complimentary wine. Which was still not provided until we asked the second time. This is very embarrassing. It’s not about the wine, it’s about the principle. 2. The sink was clogged. We requested maintenance to have a look. Not sure if they did the first time. But we had to request again the second time which was then sorted. 3. The AC in our room was not working! 4. Minor issue but complimentary drinking water was only provided on day one. All other hotels always provide a bottle a day. 5. I had a charge on my final bill of Resort Fees. I have no idea what this is and it was charged multiple days. If I hadn’t checked my bill which I don’t usually do, I’d have paid for a service I have not used. One would not expect such mistakes from a 5 star hotel. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and Bruno was very kind and helpful.
