Hotel a Bacolod

centrally located. good value proposition. got room with no breakfast sercvice but a lot of restos nearby which close by 8pm

I booked thru Klook bec I had a voucher and the total amount became cheaper. The hotel is a little old but still very clean. The staff were all very friendly. the location is superb.

Service: friendly greeting staffs Cleanliness: rooms are clean and well maintained Hotel location: very near SM Bacolod and SnR. Hotel itself is tucked away from the busy streets and noise around the area, you can really relax. Affordability: very reasonable price. Good stay!

cleanliness: The hotel as always is clean, towels are fresh and i love that they change the color of the towel mat to gray service: it was my first time to use the pool, i was early so the pool was not yet cleaned but it was still fun to swim early

The location is accessible to the city center. It's close to souvenir shops and convenience stores. The staff are accommodating. They even carried our luggage to our room since there were no stairs. But overall, we had a good stay.

Great value for money! The place is very spacious and conveniently located right beside the Splash Park. The complimentary meal from JT Inasal was a nice bonus, and the room rate already includes Splash Park entrance fees. Totally worth it for a staycation with fun waterpark activities!

We enjoyed our less than 24 hours stay at Citadines Bacolod City. The room feels like home, very comforting. We relaxed and rested well. Their breakfast buffet I can recommend always! All the dishes are savory and satisfying. Their Bar Lounge was also very relaxing, from staffs whom assisted us to their signature cocktails, plus very nice music. This I can really say is a must to try when you stay at Citadines. Staffs were very accomodating and well trained to treat every "GUESTS" as VIP. Place also has a playground, a very convenient and child-friendly place. Rates are very reasonable and not bad at all. Hoping to stay with you again soon!
