Frondesk Mr Muhammad was being helpful! Soft spoken and willing to help! Seaview room is superb! Value for money! Downside is the soundproof is poor, 9am upstair started room cleaning, loud sound.

My son loves this place because the kids' pool has slides. This is my second stay here. This is an old hotel, but the management takes good care of it. Just that.. There are places where the piping smells clogged, so maybe that should be fixed. The wifi is great! and the beach is just behind the hotel. overall is good!

we really enjoyed our stay in Swiss Grand Beach Resort. Starting at the lobby, the interior is very modern and new. The staffs are very polite and friendly especially Cik Afrina & Cik Shima. Our room is very clean. We like the breakfast spread. in conclusion, we give 5 stars to the hotel.
