Hotel a Francoforte sul Meno

A very nice hotel which is nearby the airport. You have the option to take the free shuttle bus from the airport or you can walk. They provide shuttle service back to the airport for 6 euros.

Hotel is nice and in a quiet and safer area in Frankfurt. Tegut is nearby if you need grocery. Transportation is very covenient with a tram station directly there. The room is pretty need in general though I found something dirty stuck onto the wall. What’s weird is that I paid in full well before check in via Klook. Upon check in, the staff asked me to pay on spot again. Which I did in order to secure my stay. When I returned to reception to say that I have paid already, the staff said it wasn’t pay and I just paid. He did not want to discuss or help further. The next day I talked to another staff, I explained that it is a double charge, she was very helpful and said indeed I was double charged. She said the payment arrived at hotel one day after check in. But I see that no one actively look for me to refund the money if I hadn’t asked and explained. She said upon check out, they will refund to me. Upon check out, they didn’t intend to refund until I explained the situation again.

great location. self check in. friendly staff. ok room. recommended and will book again when I am back.
