All the staff were very friendly, and the water for the onsen was really great! The scenery on the way from Kyoto was also wonderful~^^ I want to bring my parents here later!

Location is Fantastic: Right by JR Seta Station (1-2 minute walk), making travel around Shiga and to Kyoto extremely easy.
• Great Value: Offers very reasonable prices for the area.
• Friendly Staff: The service is consistently noted as helpful and kind.
• Cleanliness: Rooms are clean and comfortable.

great for family with kid as there is kid corner. nice view as close to the beach. only 15-20mins drive to Biwako. staff is friendly and supportive

Today, our whole family was very happy. With the guidance of a professional tour guide-Curtis,even though we hadn’t pre-purchased tickets online, we were still able to buy tickets smoothly upon arrival and enter without any issues.
The environment was even more beautiful than what we saw in the pictures. This Osaka trip became even more perfect for our family because of this wonderful experience!

We were guided by the lovely Ms Vivian. She msged us the day before and gave clear instructions. through out the journey she was very prompt, informative, friendly and made sure we got all we require as per the package to ensure a memorable experience. we truly had fun and happy wt the package offered and the services rendered by Ms Vivian. Highly recommend! For Muslim travellers pls pack up some food for this trip as available food are not halal and you can only order drinks.

well taken care of from departure at bus station, till arrival to biwako, and then back to train station. Except for the system at Biwako which kept on stalling (which wasnt the fault of the tour operator), all other arrangements at Biwako by the tour operator was superb. Great value for money. Highly recommended.

Guide is Sung Min who is very friendly and nice and gave good info, and his English is quite good. As I have read from other reviews about the artificial snow being a bit rough, I know what to expect. We were very lucky that it really snowed lightly in and off when we visited on 15 Dec morning so there was indeed real snow. It is a good day trip with sufficient time at snow park and onsen town. we chose to take only sled rides and it was enough for us to keep occupied. but we did hear good comments from another family who took ski lessons. we enjoyed the free foot bath and tried some snacks at Onsen town. time allocated was sufficient for both activities. would have liked to visit Kobe premium outlet but there is no such option for the period we travel.

Questa è la prima volta che abbiamo prenotato questo tipo di servizio. Non è economico, ma vale i soldi spesi. L'autista è professionale e puntuale. Ci ha prelevato dal nostro hotel e ci ha riaccompagnato nello stesso luogo la sera. Il veicolo è pulito e confortevole. Abbiamo comunicato con l'autista tramite Viber. Abbiamo apprezzato molto questa giornata a Kyoto e Nara. Prenoterò di nuovo questo servizio la prossima volta che avrò ospiti che desiderano visitare il Kansai.
