The driver was very accommodating. Though food is not allowed on the bus, it wasn't an issue since we had a 30-minute stop for breakfast. The bus was super clean and comfortable. It arrived 5 minutes early at the Swiss Garden Hotel and left at 7:10 AM. We reached Legoland at 11:30 AM.

Everything was smooth as long as you prepare all the necessary SG Arrival and Malaysia Arrival cards online (entering and leaving the country). TAKE NOTE THESE FORMS ARE FREE! It is a requirement upon entering and leaving the borders. Driver will patiently wait for you and they’re on time so make sure to be timely so that you’ll be on schedule. If you don’t plan to stay in Malaysia then DON’T bring heavy loaded bags since you need to go in and out frequently when going to the immigration. You need to carry your baggages with you for xray inspection since it is not allowed to be left in the bus. Legoland is a 30-40min ride from the Malaysian border in Johor depends on traffic. The place is not that huge so 4-6hrs is enough but it depends on what show/rides you wanna explore. We went there on a Monday so it is not crowded and queues are not long. Food inside is cheaper compared to USS and they accept debit card and SG Currency so no need to worry.

We booked the LEGOLAND Malaysia roundtrip bus + theme park ticket package and it was one of the easiest and most convenient ways to visit from Singapore! The booking process was smooth — we received all the necessary details in advance, and everything went according to plan. The bus was comfortable, clean, and on time. The pick-up and drop-off points were easy to find, and the immigration process at the Singapore–Malaysia border was well-guided by the staff. It really helped to not worry about transport logistics — just sit back and enjoy the ride. LEGOLAND itself was super fun, especially for families and kids. There were lots of interactive rides, LEGO-themed zones, and shows. We loved the LEGO Kingdoms, Miniland, and the roller coasters — great mix of fun for younger kids and some thrills for older ones too.

Our driver picks us up in a big clean car. He was punctual and polite throughout the day. He drives us safely to various attractions in Johore. I recommend to book this car service for 5-6 pax family or friends. We were able to relax in the car with convenient access and time saving - a perfect transport mode for day tour.
