Hotel a Shah Alam

Alhamdulillah.. Stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. The hotel is very large, the rooms are spacious and clean, and there's free parking under the hotel. The hotel is close to SACC MALL, UTC, PKNS Plaza, and various eateries. The swimming pool is large and clean. There is a surau (prayer room) called LATIFAH for congregational prayers. The kids loved it. I'm happy. Thank you Klook for making it easy for me to book this hotel. The best. Cleanliness: 100/100 Hotel location: 100/100

the check in procees took so long. the sabahan front desk (based on her accent) look so stress when processing the check in, with unhelpful indian staff standing next to her. i was accused of overtaken the queue. i came when shes processing the people in front, and then came a guy queuing behind me. My son started to act up since the process took so long, i so left the queue in less than 2 minutes to attend to my son & came back queue. when my turns come, she told me the guy behind already queued longer. I was perplexed. I think shes so rude. Either she not noticed my presence or she think i should re-queue, thats not my problem. Even the guy behind was also confused & asked to let me do first. I trust the indian staff standing next to the sabahan girl noticed me since she saw me carrying my son. but did nothing to defend me. What a bad experience. My second and last time coming

Sebbene la struttura sia datata, l'atmosfera generale è molto piacevole grazie all'ambiente aperto e arioso, che trasmette una vera sensazione di vacanza. La colazione offre anche una cucina a vista dove è possibile farsi preparare i piatti a base di uova a proprio piacimento. La piscina è abbastanza grande per far giocare i bambini, con scivoli e ponti che l'hanno resa divertente. Per un soggiorno a lungo termine, l'assenza di una lavatrice, nonostante il servizio di lavanderia, è stata un inconveniente, ma nel complesso siamo rimasti soddisfatti e ci piacerebbe tornarci se ne avessimo l'opportunità.

Check-in senza intoppi, personale cordiale, camera spaziosa e pulita. I miei figli si sono divertiti con il kayak nella grande piscina. Consigliato per famiglie con bambini! :)

Hopefully, next time the house will be tidied and cleaned earlier because we are checking in at 3:30 PM. The bathroom felt soapy, like it had been washed with body soap, because there were so many bubbles and the floor was slippery. The living room area was all wet and not dried; we had to dry it ourselves with tissues. The middle window in the living room can't be closed; we've tried many times, and it's still the same. Hopefully, you can put in a ceiling fan because the air conditioner location isn't strategic. Some areas aren't reached by the air conditioning, and some places are too cold. The location is strategic, but the items in the house have to be used carefully. I'm afraid it will be like what happened to me; the rubber hose seemed to have expanded for a long time, and then my friend used it and tore the hose a little bit, probably because it was too old. So, whether I wanted to or not, I had to replace it and couldn't get a refund from the owner. The owner just gave a thumbs-up picture because I replaced it. Hopefully, you can improve or renew the items in the homestay. Thank you.

Old hotel but still okay. Room smell is good but the toilet need to be clean more. Other thing are good to me. The location also close to UITM Shah Alam
