Was looking for a hotel for my solo trip and found this gem. The location was great since it is very near the beach and just a short walk from the subway. The staff were nice. The room I got was perfect for me, the only thing missing was a bidet. They also made up my room even though I didn't request it. Also the option to have an express checkout was a great addition, it saved me some time. This definitely on my hotel list that I will go back to.

The front desk staff speaks fluent English and has a great attitude. They will also help you call a taxi. The doormen are very enthusiastic in helping with luggage 👍. It has 5-star hotel standards, and I will stay here again next time.

This hotel is perfect for those of you who want to leave early in the morning to catch the KTX train to another big city. I personally will be heading to Seoul the next day while staying at this hotel. The hotel is really great in terms of security. You can only use the elevator if you have an access card. It is very close to Busan Station.

Very nice remote staff that will respond within minutes to answer your questions politely. Hotel is conveniently located near bus stops, train, restaurants, convenient stores, markets, cafe alley, lotte department store. Highly recommended to first time travellers in Busan. Just ride a train and in about 30 minutes, you can reach Gwagali Beach, Haeundae beach and other Busan attractions.
