Il Jiao Xi Forest Spa è un ottimo posto per rilassarsi nelle sorgenti termali! Acquistare i biglietti "Genki Soup" tramite Klook è super conveniente, senza costi aggiuntivi nei giorni festivi, con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. L'area è tranquilla e il bagno termale in stile giapponese circondato dal verde ti fa sentire come se fossi in Giappone. Il personale di servizio è gentile e disponibile, e le indicazioni sono chiare. Le strutture sono ben tenute, nel complesso pulite e confortevoli. Dopo il bagno, ti sentirai caldo e confortevole, e la fatica sparirà! È perfetto per una gita di un giorno a Yilan, consigliato a chi vuole rilassarsi e rigenerarsi, torneremo sicuramente!

As comfortable as always, but with a slight hiccup. The front desk didn't remind me before the time was up, and I fell asleep so comfortably. After receiving a call, I was told that I was over the time limit. I hurriedly packed up in less than 10 minutes, and then the front desk called again to say that it had been more than 20 minutes, and a surcharge of $500 would be added if I wanted to renew... Although I wasn't charged in the end, it left me feeling a bit uncomfortable. I hope they can strengthen their training in the future. If exceeding the time limit is intentional, there's nothing to say, but the fact is, they failed to notify me, so they shouldn't blame the customer.

I stayed at another Orient Suites Hotel a few months ago, and the decor, how new it was, the cleanliness, and the service were all much better than my experience at this hotel... I booked this hotel because the family room at Orient Suites was fully booked. I thought it would be okay since it's the same group and the price is similar, but as soon as I walked in, I felt the difference was too great...

I suddenly wanted to soak in a hot spring today and asked around at quite a few places, and I was very happy to learn that Smokin' Stone had a room available. In my haste, I forgot to ask the front desk staff if there were parking spaces, but after seeing the reviews and learning that there were parking spaces, I felt even more relieved. The water volume is large, and they also provide snacks, so I highly recommend it.

This time, I chose Mu Jiaoxi Hotel for the hot springs mainly because I was interested in playing the SWITCH facilities. Since you can only enter and exit once, we had lunch, then went to the hot springs first. After the hot springs, we went to play SWITCH. There are many SWITCH consoles. After 3:00 PM, there were almost no people playing. There's racing, Mario Party, etc. The environment is very good. This time we went on a weekday. The hot spring area isn't too big, with a limit of 50 people, but it's okay just for hot springs. It's best to go on a weekday when there are fewer people. Next time, I'll have to check it out on a weekend to see if it's crowded.

This was my first time enjoying a hot spring bath in a Four Points by Sheraton guest room, and I have to give it a huge thumbs up! The staff's service attitude was professional, and the comfort of the guest room made me not want to leave. I'm truly very happy to have had such a great experience.

Large and spacious facility with clean locker room and showers. Great value because they also offer complimentary drinks at a bar near the hot spring area. Also even though it is single entry, you can still go to the locker room and get back inside anytime. The unlimited time for hot spring is really worth it. The steam room also has a big window looking out to the street so it has natural light. Overall, we had a great experience.

Ottimo ambiente, posizione comoda vicino al Parco termale di Tangweigou. Il personale è cordiale e accogliente, facendoti sentire come a casa. Scegliere Muyen a Jiaoxi significa ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Sono disponibili anche camere familiari, perfette per i bambini.

Awesome onsen! Especially when booked through Klook, there are lots of little duckies to accompany your bath, which made the kids extremely happy! The onsen room is very well ventilated, so it doesn't feel damp and humid like some onsen rooms do. The design is very comfortable and bright, and the kids really wanted to stay longer! We've already made plans to go again next time 🙂🙂
