It's a bit of a walk from Kagoshima-Chuo Station. There's a bus, so you might want to use that. There are various fish exhibits, but the main attraction is definitely the dolphin show. They put on a dolphin show with Kagoshima themes, which was unique and enjoyable.

I visited with my child. I was worried my child would get bored just looking at the garden, so I purchased a ticket that included experiences. My child enjoyed it, and I was satisfied as well. If you show your voucher at the information center, they will give you detailed information and a bracelet. You can use this bracelet for craft experiences, meals, and desserts. During my visit, the archery experience was under construction, so they refunded us 500 yen per person, which was great because we could use this amount for other craft experiences. The meals and desserts were delicious, and the garden was beautiful. I didn't have enough time to visit the museum, but I think it would be nice to stay for about half a day and enjoy it slowly. Highly recommend!

Ci siamo trovati benissimo a Kagoshima. L'auto privata che abbiamo prenotato era davvero professionale e guidata con grande responsabilità. Il signor Nagayoshi è stato gentile e molto disponibile. Ci siamo goduti Kagoshima anche se solo per poche ore.

Il pranzo era delizioso e il personale era molto cordiale, il che è stato fantastico. Anche l'esperienza alle terme è stata incredibile, con una vista mozzafiato grazie al bel tempo. Tuttavia, quando sono entrato per la prima volta nella hall, ho dovuto trovare il ristorante chiamato "Suiran" da solo, ed è stato difficile trovarlo senza l'aiuto della reception. Dopo pranzo, il percorso per la spa termale era lungo, ma sono grato al personale per avermi accompagnato direttamente. Però, alla spa termale, il mio nome non era presente tramite Klook, quindi ho aspettato quasi 10 minuti senza sapere cosa fare. Penso che se la spiegazione e le informazioni sul tour venissero migliorate e ci fosse una buona collaborazione con l'hotel, potrebbe essere un buon prodotto.

The hotel's location is superb, right next to the JR station, just a minute or two walk, which is very convenient! Whether you're taking the Shinkansen, local lines, or transferring to other cities, it saves a lot of time. For those traveling with luggage, this location is perfect. The rooms are clean and spacious, with good soundproofing, so you won't find it noisy even though it's near the station. The front desk staff are friendly, and check-in and check-out are quick. There are convenience stores, restaurants, and coffee shops near the hotel, so you don't have to worry about finding food when you return at night. Overall, the accommodation experience is excellent, with a perfect score for location and convenience. If you want to stay near the JR station, this hotel is definitely a recommended choice, and I will definitely stay here again!

The price is cheap, and the location is right outside the JR station, making transportation extremely convenient. In addition, after check-out, you can use the self-service luggage storage. Generally expensive, but worth the price. The service and staff friendliness are commendable, and a definite pros is that you don't need to go to a separate observatory to see Sakurajima, you can see it perfectly well from the hotel's own observatory or the hot springs.
The downside is that if you get assigned a room far from the hot springs, it takes quite a while to get there. Also, the hotel is too far from the city center, so even if you take the hotel shuttle, it can restreict your schedule or plans. Still, the hot springs alone make it worth visiting.
