Hotel a Nha Trang

One of the nicer hotels in Nha Trang with a high dedication to customer care, as is generally true of all Vinpearl properties. There was an issue with a strobing light in the room and a technician promptly addressed the matter with subsequent follow up from the guest service staff. The breakfast buffet is extensive and of higher quality than many of the other hotels billing themselves as 5 star properties. This hotel also has larger multi-bedroom suites suitable for families. The pool is oriented toward the northeast and as such gets very little direct sunshine at this time of year resulting in cold water.

Hotel Location: This is where the hotel offers the best value for money. It's very convenient for getting to different attractions. Cleanliness: Very average, and the bathroom design has inherent flaws. Every time you shower, the floor gets completely wet, so children and the elderly need to be very careful. Not ideal. The housekeeping staff are rather careless.

Il personale è davvero gentile~ È molto vicino a VinWonders e al porto, quindi anche il buggy arriva velocemente~ Al check-in ci hanno dato anche un lettino per bambini, è stato fantastico ^^ Anche la colazione era davvero deliziosa e il massaggio è stato fantastico ^^ L'atmosfera è pacifica, è davvero il massimo^^

Mi sono piaciute le strutture pulite, il personale cordiale, la posizione eccellente e la piacevole atmosfera della colazione. Inoltre, la qualità dell'acqua della piscina era gestita in modo molto pulito e l'acqua era adeguatamente calda, quindi era adatta per nuotare all'aperto. haha

The hotel is clean, just like the pictures, and the breakfast is delicious and varied. The receptionists, Quỳnh, Vân, and Huy, who were there when I arrived, were very enthusiastic, cheerful, and provided excellent support with my check-in and check-out. The staff in other departments were also friendly and always ready to assist. If I return to Nha Trang for tourism, I will definitely consider staying at this hotel again.
