Hotel a Kuching Division

Il check-in era previsto per le 15:00, ma la mia famiglia è arrivata alle 15:20. Ci hanno informato che la camera non era ancora pronta. Alla fine, alle 15:30, hanno ricevuto una chiamata e sono riusciti a ottenere una camera. Sotto questo aspetto, devono migliorare. È comprensibile che siano le vacanze scolastiche. Tuttavia, il check-out è già alle 15:00, il che è piuttosto tardi. Rimandare questo mentre il check-out è alle 12:00 non è l'ideale.

Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathtub which we really liked. However, the room and bathroom were quite dusty, it felt like it hadn’t been used for a while. Housekeeping definitely needs to improve on cleanliness. The staff were polite, helpful, and cooperative throughout our stay, especially the receptionist who assisted us patiently. The hotel is currently under renovation, so some facilities are unavailable, the pool was closed, but they offered access to Hilton’s pool instead, which was a nice gesture. Most of the restaurants were also closed due to renovation, but breakfast was temporarily served at Level 22. There were plenty of choices and the food was surprisingly good. Overall, it’s a decent stay with good service, but I hope the cleanliness and renovation issues will be improved soon. cleanliness: 3/5 hotel location: 5/5 breakfast: 4/5
