Hotel a Bintan

great resort that’s self contained with lots of water activities (seperate payment), extremely friendly and polite staff, glamping tents are clean and spacious for 2pax. however not sound proof so hope you don’t have noisy neighbours!

hotel location: It's about 2 hours drive away from the ferry terminal but it's understandable. The hotel provides transport to and fro, which is a great initiative! service: Top-notch and consistent. The smile and genuineness to support in any way is simply amazing. food: Breakfast buffet was good, but hope that there are more food options around the resort (only 3 places, and drinks menu is the same in all places).

overall is good, breakfast served to the room. pretty clean, just that there’s insects around. very relaxing and chilling. but can be quite scary at night

The staff are super nice! They're also very observant & proactive. The moment they spot us struggling, they were quick to take action and assist us. There was one particularly memorable incident in which we were struggling heavily with opening our hotel room door and the cleaner nearby quickly & warmly came to help us with a cheerful smile. The facilities are also pretty & homely, the exact kind of beachy & relaxing resort vibe we wanted. Thank you so much!

Lovely and comfortable stay at the Holiday Inn Resort Bintan. Close proximity with free shuttles to-fro the ferry terminal and Plaza Lagoi. Friendly staff. Great variety of facilities esp suited for kids - kids club with hourly activities/movie room and babysitting services available, indoor+outdoor dry+ wet playgrounds, games room with several games including pool table, fooseball table, presidential shuffleboard table, PS5, complimentary bicycles with child seats ard the resort, and buggy services to the linked sister Hotel Indigo. Appreciate the staff including rm service (Harriman) and front lobby/buggy driver (Baim) etc for helping to make our stay pleasant. Suggest to include kids amenities e.g kids bedroom slippers in future.

Cassia Bintan is so beautiful. The stay was so chill, in front of the beach. I love beach walking. It’s connected to Angsana and Banyan Tree. You use their pool too. But Cassia pool is so wonderful. I love the bridge to the sea. Im going to come again. I love Bintan so much. Great staff from Cassia. Help so much. Shout out to the great and always smile staffs - Tyara & Ravi. Such a great person. Love to be here again!

Execellent service from Banyan Tree Bintan crew - pick up driver, receptionist, buggy driver, F&B service team, housekeeping service team. We had a pleasant stay and will revisit again with other family members.

I had a pleasant stay at Grand Lagoi Hotel Bintan. The location is very good, just near Lagoi Bay, the lake, and Plaza Lagoi, which made exploring easy. The free shuttle to and from the hotel was also very convenient. The staff were friendly, approachable, and always ready to help. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The only downside was the slow internet, which sometimes couldn’t connect. The food was good, though some portions, like the chicken and cheese bread, were a bit small. The buffet breakfast had a nice variety of choices. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

staff were helpful and friendly and provided water and towels when asked. it rained when we were there and the outdoor bed under the pavilion got wet as the roofing leaked in several spots. the beach is quite small and not as well maintained as I liked. breakfast served as generous and good variety. I enjoyed the briyani but fried chicken was very dry. location is a bit far from Lagoi plaza and beach and you need to pay for a taxi S$5 for 1 way from hotel to Lagoi beach area.
