gentile. Il giorno in cui abbiamo fatto il nostro viaggio, nel nostro itinerario quel giorno eravamo solo in 2. Quindi non c'erano altri clienti, quindi abbiamo avuto l'intera auto per noi tutto il giorno. L'autista Anwar ci ha aiutato a scattare varie foto in diversi siti. Ci siamo divertiti molto. Per il viaggio notturno delle lucciole non ne abbiamo viste molte, ma ci siamo comunque divertiti. Abbiamo visto così tante stelle. Un'esperienza romantica.

Che giornata piacevole è stata incontrare la nostra guida turistica, Ah Long. È una guida cinese locale che parla un mandarino eccellente. Paziente, educato, puntuale e molto preparato, ci ha persino portato a gustare un pranzo locale delizioso ed economico. Ci siamo divertiti molto e abbiamo apprezzato davvero il nostro viaggio con Ah Long.

We had a great time during this tour - nice scenery at the blue lagoon / sand dunes (bring sunblock and umbrellas as the weather can be unpredictable according to the locals), would recommend going for the optional ATVs (both single and 2-seater ATVs are available, with locals there to guide and ensure your safety). The agency contacted us 1 day in advance with detailed instructions and our driver Mr Eri arrived on time to pick us up from the hotel. He was friendly, offered to take pictures for us and brought us to an alternative lunch spot near the mangrove swamp (which was more spacious and better ventilated) because the original location was fully booked with limited seats. Food was good and cheaper than in the resorts. The coffee plantation and honey bee farm visit was fun too - a welcome drink (jamu), coffee, goreng pisang and roselle tea are included in the package. Insect repellent is provided. Don't need to worry about getting stung by bees as they are stingless.

We booked the 10KM ATV Explore Jungle experience with D’Bamboo Kamp Attraction via Klook during our family retreat in Bintan, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. Our driver, Made, provided seamless transport, picking us up from the hotel and ensuring a comfortable return after the adventure. It was our 11-year-old son’s very first ATV experience, and we were especially grateful for our guide, Yarhim. He was incredibly patient and reassuring, taking time to explain how to operate the smaller version of ATV for prd teens and guiding our son attentively throughout the entire 10km jungle trail. The ride itself was exhilarating yet felt safe and well-managed, making it suitable even for first-timers. Yarhim also kindly offered to take photos and videos for us along the way, which we truly appreciated. We were genuinely a little sad when the adventure came to an end, but thankful for the wonderful memories created — all thanks to Made and Yarhim.

Grazie Sig. Darul, il nostro autista, per l'ottimo servizio! Ci ha portato al Blue Lake, alle Sand Dunes, al Brother Kelong Seafood, al Sister Bintan Supermarket e alla statua del Buddha. Autista molto cordiale, disponibile e paziente. Il nostro viaggio è stato piacevole e senza intoppi. Altamente raccomandato!

Encik Eri è stato molto disponibile e attento alle nostre esigenze, prendendosi cura dei nostri effetti personali, assicurandosi che fossimo al sicuro al kelong, assicurandosi che avessimo abbastanza asciugamani, cibo e bevande... e portandoci in un ristorante di pesce con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo per la cena al tramonto. È stato accomodante e ci ha portato in un'ulteriore attrazione fotografica.

Fendy, our guide!! Even though we were late for the tour start time, you were so kind all day long. You planned the course well so that we wouldn't miss a single tour, and you even helped my wife and I, who love durian, to buy and eat durian in between. You took beautiful pictures and explained the attractions, which made it a really informative time. At the end, when we parted ways, you even filmed the sunset on the speedboat we were riding on, which made for a really great memory. We were so lucky to meet Fendy, our guide. I hope Fendy and his family are all healthy and happy 🥰 Thank you, Terima kasi🙏

I saw on the news that Grab service is now available in Bintan, but it seems like the area is somewhat limited (because I turned on Grab in the middle and it said it wasn't available in that area). I felt a bit lost about how to find transportation, so I searched for a day tour and booked it urgently a day before, and I think it was an excellent choice. Because the guide was so, so great!! 🥳 I don't know if it's a random assignment or if only this guide is assigned, but the guide's name was Anwar, and communication was smooth via KakaoTalk even late at night. Before meeting, he carefully gave accurate pick-up location information again, the car was clean, and he prepared bottled water in the car in advance. Oh, and another great thing was that Anwar had a drone and even filmed with it! He said he wasn't a great expert, but I thought he was skilled enough to film, and he even let me fly the drone once, haha. I had a very enjoyable time. Originally, he explained the Chinese temple on the way to Blue Lake and said we'd stop by on the way back, but the last speedboat time was 6 pm, so we had to rush back ㅠㅠㅋㅋㅋ I highly recommend it to anyone planning to go to Bintan!! It's a shame that I can't attach the video! Oh, and you have to get to Bintan Island on your own, and the tour starts from Bintan Island! There are many eagles or owls there, and it's okay to just take pictures, but it seems like you have to pay if you take pictures with them. I was scared, so I didn't do it, but those who are interested should keep that in mind, haha. I went to Blue Lake around 2-4 pm on a weekday, and it was nice because there were no people or sunlight, but they say Blue Lake looks bluer when there is sun. Well, I thought it was good enough.
