we really have a great 4 days holiday stay in Ibis Style hotel in Hobart. The lication is just walking distance to tourist attractions. The staff are all friendly. Thumbs up to the room service as they always make sure that our room is clean.

The bathroom was spacious and comfortable, featuring a shower with a bathtub. The room itself was also large, and the numerous windows allowed plenty of sunlight to create a lovely atmosphere. I was also pleased to have a stove and microwave, which allowed me to cook in the room. The location was excellent, close to Salamanca Market. My only complaint would be that the shower water turned cold after 8:30 PM and stayed that way until late at night, preventing me from taking a bath. When I called the front desk, I was simply told that it's common for the shower to get cold at that time.

Check-in is at Lenna at Hobart, which is nearby. Staff is very friendly. Front desk is 24-hour available which is good.
Salamanca Suites have free parking but if their carpark is full, you can park at Lenna at Hobart.
There are 2 floors for Salamanca Suites, and luckily, there is a lift available.
Studio room is quite big. Spacious. They have stove to cook, fridge, microwave oven. Basic utensils and pot and pan are available.
They have washing machine and dryer in the toilet. Shower cubicle has rain shower too.
If you staying over weekend, dont forget to go to the Salamanca Market on Saturday.
Overall, its a good experience.

La camera è comoda e spaziosa, l'illuminazione è buona e la posizione è ottima in quanto può essere il punto di partenza per numerosi tour, ad esempio per Bruny Island, Port Arthur o tour di più giorni. Inoltre, si trova vicino a molti ottimi ristoranti.

My Bruny Island experience with Tassie Tours was absolutely outstanding, and a huge part of that was thanks to Andrew, our guide for the day. His energy, knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm for the island made the tour feel personal and unforgettable.
What really set this tour apart were all the extra sightings and bonus stops Andrew added along the way. He has an incredible eye — he spotted white wallabies long before anyone else noticed them, and pointed out the most colourful mushrooms tucked away in the forest. These little discoveries made the day feel magical and gave us moments we never would’ve found on our own.
The pacing of the tour was perfect, the commentary was engaging, and Andrew made sure everyone had time to enjoy each stop without feeling rushed. His passion for Bruny Island and its wildlife truly elevated the whole experience.
A brilliant day from start to finish. Five stars for Tassie Tours and an extra five for Andrew. Highly recommended.

The tour guide was excellent, telling us a lot about the animals and plants. Even though I don't understand a single word of English, it didn't stop me from enjoying the trip and appreciating the guide's dedicated work ethic! Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful and breathtaking! The views were amazing, with stunning mountains, forests, and views of Hobart. The fresh, cool air made it even more special ❣️

Un tour molto ben organizzato. Ho avuto modo di vedere molto di Hobart e delle zone circostanti. Rob è stato una guida turistica meravigliosa e competente, ha fornito la giusta quantità di informazioni senza essere opprimente ed è un eccellente conducente!
