Booking guidelines
- Before booking, please ensure your mobile device is compatible with the local network service provider. No refunds or cancellations can be made due to SIM compatibility issues
- The SIM card is valid for your selected duration on a daily basis. If you activate your SIM at 23:59, it will count as one day

- The connection speed depends on your reception coverage and the local tele company. No refund will be issued for any speed drop
- Dial "*#06#" on your mobile phone. If the EID barcode appears, it means your phone supports the eSIM function
- The validity period starts from the date the card is first activated.
Usage reminder
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
- During the validity period of the card, you can recharge airtime at 7-11, FamilyMart and other convenience stores across Taiwan (the minimum recharge amount is TWD300). If the recharge amount is not used up within the validity period, it will not be refunded.
- If users who purchase 5G eSIM do not receive 5G network for the time being, they will switch to 4G or 3G network to continue providing services.
- The hotspot sharing traffic of 5G account number: 3GB in total for 3 days; 5GB in 5 days; 7GB in 7 days; 10GB in 10 days; 15GB in 15 days; 30GB in 30 days

Pick-up information
- Each passenger's ID can only be redeemed for 1 eSIM, and applications are limited to passengers over 18 years old.
- The same telecom operator is limited to one number. If more than one number is used, the redemption will not be successful.
- Please present your voucher, passport and photo ID when collecting your eSIM card
- Applicants are requested to cooperate with the counter in taking a headshot.
- You can collect it by presenting your voucher and ID at the designated counter at the airport or any Chunghwa Telecom direct service center/Shennao Telecom store in Taiwan.

Activation procedure

Ho prenotato specificamente questa e-sim che include un numero TW per poter registrare un account con YouBike. La migliore decisione di sempre! Mi sono divertito a esplorare Taichung e Tainan usando Youbike. Non ho avuto problemi con i dati mobili, sono stati costanti durante tutto il viaggio, anche sulle montagne di Chiayi. Il Taiwan meridionale è splendido, tornerò per te e salterò Taipei!
OMG, l'intera registrazione dell'eSIM è stata completata in meno di 10 minuti. È solo che non siamo riusciti a trovare il bancone e lo abbiamo scambiato per quello sbagliato. Spero in una segnaletica più chiara per trovarlo più facilmente. Ho acquistato un pacchetto 4G illimitato. Copertura eccellente, l'ho usato in montagna e in piccole città come il parco nazionale di Yangminshan, Alishan, Fenqihu e non ho avuto assolutamente nessun problema durante la navigazione o la visione di video. Sceglierei di nuovo questo pacchetto se viaggiassi a Taiwan.
