Abbiamo prenotato il Tel Aviv Diamond Exchange Insider Tour e abbiamo ricevuto una risposta da klook che ci chiedeva di inviare copie scannerizzate dei nostri passaporti, cosa che abbiamo fatto immediatamente. Abbiamo quindi ricevuto un'e-mail di conferma da klook, quindi abbiamo pensato che tutto fosse già stato risolto e le copie dei passaporti fossero state trasmesse alla compagnia turistica / all'organizzatore del tour e il tour fosse stato prenotato per noi. Tuttavia, il giorno del tour, siamo arrivati nella hall dell'hotel all'orario previsto delle 10:00 per aspettare il nostro veicolo di ritiro e non è arrivato! Poiché non ci sono state fornite informazioni sull'organizzatore del tour sul sito Web di Klook, abbiamo inviato un'e-mail a Klook per chiedere informazioni su dove si trovasse l'autista e non abbiamo ricevuto risposta. Non c'era alcun supporto da parte di klook. Alla fine abbiamo trovato la compagnia turistica e ci è stato detto che non hanno mai ricevuto le nostre copie scansionate del passaporto! La compagnia di tour ha anche affermato che il prelievo dall'hotel era alle 11:00 invece dell'orario indicato sul sito Web di Klook! A giudicare dalla risposta della compagnia turistica, abbiamo effettivamente avuto la sensazione che le copie scansionate dei passaporti non siano state trasmesse alla compagnia turistica per qualche motivo e che il tour non sia stato affatto prenotato! Il tutto era così disorganizzato e abbiamo perso così tanto tempo ad aspettare l'autista.
