今次是慶祝生日,但klook冇備註,到咗同酒店講,房間有佈置送朱古力和生果, 經理好細心, 大棠又送咖啡紅茶, 設備齊全, 大棠寬敞, 室內泳池都適合小朋友玩, 因為有提還有送咗榴槤班戟, 食物水準不錯, 房間都很舒服有浴缸, 週邊有很多商場行街一流, 自助早餐都豐富,值得推介的一間酒店

Prendendo 2 fermate alla Shenzhen Bay si arriva all'uscita D della stazione della metropolitana Houhai, proprio davanti all'hotel. Il personale della reception è molto gentile 👍, la pulizia delle camere è ottima, la cena a buffet dell'hotel è fantastica 😊, check-out alle 14:00, molto soddisfatto 👍

L'hotel è a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana di Houhai, il che è molto comodo. C'è un grande centro commerciale, Coast City, nelle vicinanze. Quando siamo andati al centro commerciale, fuori c'era neve artificiale, il che ha reso i bambini molto felici eccitato.

當日是坐地鐵后海站D2出口非常近酒店,酒店大堂華麗但有點懷舊feel,酒店員工很有禮貌辦理入住時有效率,所以我們很快便取到房間,房間清潔做得非常好,每朝早上遇見房務員都有禮貌地說聲早,酒店附近有人才公園、萬象城、海岸城行街購物用餐非常多選擇,這個住宿是包埋早餐,早餐非豐富又好吃。

最近在這酒店度過了一個短暫假期，雖然只有一晚，分享一下我的感受， 首先，晚餐的自助餐廳絕對是亮點！菜式豐盛多樣，從新鮮海鮮到各式中西熱菜，還有精緻的甜點區，讓我吃得盡興。特別是那道現烤的龍蝦，味道鮮美。早餐也同樣出色，食物種類繁多，包括多國料理、熱辣辣的現煮麵食和健康沙拉吧，我甚至多點了幾份水果優格，感覺像在享受一場小型美食節。這些餐飲體驗讓我覺得物超所值，強烈推薦給愛吃的朋友！ 當然，酒店也有一些小地方可以改善。比如外觀看起來稍為舊了些，入口大堂的裝潢有點過時，給人一種復古但略顯陳舊的感覺。如果能稍作翻新，會更添現代魅力。房間內部倒是不錯，床鋪舒適，可惜空調不夠涼，窗外景觀也開揚，尤其適合像我這樣的城市旅客小憩。位置方面，酒店離地鐵站只有五分鐘步程，周邊餐廳、商場林立，方便外出探索。 退房後的小插曲。那天我匆忙離開，結果在車上發現遺忘了眼鏡！心急趕回酒店求助，前台的這位小蔣員工（真是位成熟穩重有為的夥伴！）立刻展現出超凡的專業素養。他不慌不忙地細心聆聽我的描述，記下房號和時間，然後馬上撥電話到我住的樓層，聯絡負責清潔的同事詢問情況。短短幾分鐘內，他不僅確認了眼鏡的位置，還親自帶領我快速返回房間，從床頭櫃的抽屜裡輕鬆找回！整個過程高效又體貼，讓我從焦慮中瞬間鬆一口氣。這位小蔣的處事能力簡直超乎預期，他不僅解決了問題，還讓我感受到酒店如家般的溫暖服務。這種細膩的關懷，是我選擇酒店的關鍵！ 總體來說，餐飲和員工服務是最大加分項。希望酒店能維持這份熱情
