La camera d'albergo è ampia, confortevole e pulita. Se si soggiorna solo in un hotel. È possibile recarsi nuovamente nella zona panoramica. Ma le attività all'interno non ne valgono la pena. Non fatto bene. Il personale è scarso. La hall è sporca e vecchia. La cosa peggiore è che l'app Klook non offre alcun servizio sufficientemente buono. La differenza di prezzo è di oltre 100 yuan in più rispetto ad altri e ad altre piattaforme. Non è possibile restituirlo subito dopo l'acquisto. Non voglio partecipare a nessuna delle attività dell'hotel, compreso il buffet. Reclamare il servizio clienti di KlooK è del tutto inutile. In breve, non c'è modo di lamentarsi dopo l'acquisto. Non ho mai usato una piattaforma così scadente! ! Non voglio più usarlo! L'esperienza è pessima! !
