• A confirmation email with e-ticket(s) will be sent to your email inbox upon successful purchase of the festival passes (kindly ensure that you have entered a valid email address during purchase).
• E-tickets will be validated at the venue in exchange for a festival wristband. Only fans with a valid festival wristband can proceed to enter the venue.
• More information on the wristband exchange will be announced closer to the festival date.
• If you are purchasing two different passes or 2-day pass for the festival, you will be exchanging for two different wristbands.
• You have to bring and wear the wristbands accordingly to the date to enter the festival venue.
• Lost or stolen wristbands will not be replaced.

Are there any fan benefits for pass holders?

• Premium Admission Pass Holders (1-Day or 2-Day) will be able to rock in the premium pen, closer to the music and performing artistes. Queues to enter the venue and access to facilities within the venue will also be differentiated for all Premium Admission Pass Holders.

Can I choose my preferred seats?

• No, this is a free-standing event without any reserved seating.

What is the minimum age to attend the event?

• The minimum age to attend the event is three (3) years old (as of festival date) with the purchase of a valid pass. Infant in arms and children below three (3) years old will not be allowed into the festival. Children below the age of thirteen (13) must be accompanied by an adult aged eighteen (18) and above.

What time will doors open on festival day?

• Doors will open at 4:00 PM (local time).

Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend the concert?

• No refunds or exchanges are allowed once the transaction has been confirmed.

Can I authorize another person to collect the wristbands on behalf of me?

• We strongly encourage fans to collect their wristband(s) by themselves. If you are not available to collect your wristband in advance, we have wristband collection counter on festival days to verify your e-ticket in exchange for the wristband. Please be responsible for your own wristband as any lost or damaged wristbands will not be replaced.

Can I still enter the venue if I am late?

• Our doors open at 4:00 PM (local time) and fans are free to enter the venue anytime with a valid wristband. However, we encourage everyone to be on time so that you are able to enjoy the full performances.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

• Outside food and beverages are not allowed. F&B booths will be available within the festival venue.

Can you help me verify a ticket I purchased from 3rd party websites or resellers?

• We would like to advise members of the public against purchasing tickets from strangers or any 3rd parties. By purchasing tickets through non-authorised parties, buyers take on the risk of purchasing an invalid ticket with no refunds possible.
• The organiser reserves the right to turn away any fans who are deemed unfit to attend this event.
