Eligibility

• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
• Children aged 3+ will be charged the same rate as adults
• A paying adult can only bring 1 child. A child ticket will be required for each additional child

Seat availability

• Seat required for child 3 years and above
• An infant may travel provided that he or she will be carried by the parents. Only one (1) infant is allowed per adult

Additional Information

• 2 days Travel Bus Pass can be collect at Queen Street Terminal – Counter by presenting the Booking confirmation
• Trip departs every Thurday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
• Early Bird Promotion applied to booking 7 days in advance before departure date
• Cut off dates for each trip is three (3) days before travelling date.
• Upon presenting your ticket, you will be advised to present the ticket at the Adventure Waterpark Desaru Coast ticketing counter in exchange of wristband for admission to the gate.
• Valid for all age groups:
• Adult: 12 to 59 years old or over 121cm in height
• Child: 3 to 11 years old or up to 121cm in height
• Senior: 60 years old and above
• Adventure Waterpark Desaru Coast opens every day from 10:00AM to 6:00PM.
• The e-ticket and QR Code is valid for a single entry following the indicated date in the e-ticket.

• All day trip rates are quoted NETT and open for Malaysian and the General Public
• Day Tour Package is consider (SIC) Seat-in-Coach basis tours, which means you will share coach with other guests.
• If guest is unable to attend the departure time of the transportation service provider, the guest will need to bear the responsibility to rearrange their own transport to follow the itinerary of the planned trip.

How Travel Bus Pass works

• When using the Travel bus pass, passengers must tap the card every time you board the bus and a message “FREE RIDE” will be shown on the screen
• Tapping is only required upon boarding the bus. No tapping is required upon alighting the bus
• When the first tapping of the card was on Wednesday at 2PM, then the travel bus pass must be used until Friday at 2PM
