Booking guidelines
- eSIM is applicable for the devices based on the list

Validity
- Use your voucher on any date after booking is confirmed
Activation procedure
- The validity period starts when the eSIM connects to any supported network/s
- Most eSIMs can only be installed once, so please do not deactivate and try to reactivate. In case of any issues or questions, contact customer service at partner.support@airalo.com
- Redemption Instructions
- Once you place your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with an eSIM voucher code.
- Create an account on the Airalo website or app.
- Click ‘Airmoney and Membership’ in the top right hand corner.
- Enter your voucher code in the Redeem Voucher field.
- The eSIM purchased will be added to your account.
- You will be able to find the eSIM by clicking ‘View My eSIMs’
- Follow the set up instructions in the Airalo app and stay connected with your loved ones!
- For iOS devices, the installation could be done based on the instructions.
- For Android devices, the installation could be done based on the instructions

la sim ha funzionato benissimo. L'ho espansa e non ci sono stati problemi. Ho preso 20 GB per 14 giorni. Ho ancora 8 GB inutilizzati. La consiglio vivamente.
Ho acquistato questa esim da 20gb per due settimane in Giappone e mi sono avanzati 12 giga nonostante l'utilizzo intensivo del telefono con Google Maps, social e app di messaggistica. Ho avuto problemi iniziali che continuava a perdere il segnale, per risolvere consiglio di modificare le impostazioni profilo esim la voce "Operatore" deselezionare selezione automatica e selezionare manualmente come operatore SoftBank.
Please check first if your smartphone is on the list. It is a bit confusing to activate but then it works perfect!
This was great! we stayed for 13 days and got 20gb and still had over 10gb when we left. Easy to install and use. Will definitely be using it again!
