- Check-in time (Check in): after 15:00, please call or message in advance to inform your arrival time
- Check out time (Check out): Before 11:00, please inform us of your expected check out time in advance, and it will be subject to the park's reply. A golf cart will be used to pick you up.
- The counter service hours are 09:00-18:00, and 11:00-18:00 is the cleaning period. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
- This park does not proactively provide towel replacement, bed sheets and cleaning services. If necessary, please report to the staff one day in advance.
- The night time period is from 10 pm to 8 am the next day. Please lower your volume and refrain from making loud noises to avoid disturbing the rest of others. *Breakfast is served from 08:30-10:00 and will be delivered to the camper van by a dedicated person at the designated time
- If you report check-in issues, you can contact the merchant according to the supplier information on the activity voucher. Please note the car number in the message (supplier service hours are until 22:00)
