Staff shared some yarns used are not suitable for tufting. Noticed people had issues with the device (gun) as well as some are not working well. Sought help from the team lead/manager to check on the issue but was ignored. However, the younger staff were friendly and attempted to help. Was looking forward to the experience, however it proved to be lacklustre. Those who are keen to experience tufting can explore other service providers.

Consiglierei una tela per 2 persone perché non credo che sarei in grado di finirla se lo facessi da solo. sebbene il voucher elencasse 2,5 ore, abbiamo superato il limite ma il personale non ci ha cacciato né ci ha fatto pagare un pagamento extra. il tappeto verrà spedito a casa tua 6-8 settimane dopo il tufting. e tieni presente che se accidentalmente fai un buco durante il tufting, dovrai pagare $ 5 in più per sostituire la tela. anche se il prezzo è caro rispetto a JB e ad alcune aziende sg, mi è piaciuto molto il tempo trascorso lì

Esperienza divertente. Il personale è stato cordiale e disponibile. Aspetto con ansia il tappeto finale completato! Consiglia!

Instructors were very patient in helping with our questions, and also accommodated us when we wanted a more complex design. Good experience overall!

It could be better as it was very cramped and not much help was given throughout your experience, not that cheap either

il personale era gentile e davvero disponibile! la durata dichiarata era di 2,5 ore, ma potremmo estenderla e prenderci il nostro tempo per completare i nostri pezzi (ci sono volute circa 4 ore). consigliato

was our first time doing tufting, it wa really fun. staffs were friendly and patient. highly recommend couple to go together :)

it was a fun and memorable activity for couples. 2.5hrs for beginners doing shared work is still not enuff. but they allow to hold on your work so u can continue on next trip. but of course that require another payment. ☺️

the venue is at cine so it’s convenient but cleanliness can be better. it was quite dusty with water mark stains on the tables and thread all around (we went there in the morning). Overall quite fun ! look forward to receive the finished product in 6 weeks
