Il nostro volo era in ritardo ma l'autista era nella sala arrivi quando siamo arrivati. Ha persino aspettato che prendessimo le sim card.

i selected Premium MPV but a Honda Shuttle came instead.. maybe the definition of premium has changed? The car cannot even fit my group of 5 without baggage and no communication from the vendor to relay this - the least you can do is to refund if you cannot meet the requirements right? Totally not recommended unless you like issues ps. shoutout to the driver for compensating the experience by paying for extra ride to resolve the issue

Not good, delay to pick up at airport around 1 hours and cannot contact yours and we don't know how to contact driver, we only chat to yours, it is not perfect. Before We ask you provide the driver phone number to contact, but you have not give us. This time you arrange very bad.
